Deuteronomy 30:19-20-- This day I call heaven and earth as witnesses against you that I have set before you life and death, blessings and curses. Now choose life, so that you and your children may live and that you may love the LORD your God, listen to his voice, and hold fast to him. For the LORD is your life, and he will give you many years in the land he swore to give to your fathers, Abraham, Isaac and Jacob
-God has given us free will and we have choices to make… will we seek God first and be blessed or will we continue to chase after the things of the world?
-We need to get to know God in a personal way because he is personal and jealous for our attention
-The verse in Deuteronomy states it plainly that we need to choose life, choose to live for Him, love Him, listen to Him because He is our life, we owe Him nothing else than all we have.
